Chakrasila Wildlife Sanctuary

It is situated in the Kokrajhar of Assam; the sanctuary is home to many endangered species of birds and animals like Golden Langur, Assamese Macaque, Rhesus Macaque, Leopards, Barking Hyenas and Wild Boars.

There are bats, rodents, mongoose & flying squirrels. It is home to 34 species of animals, 272 species of birds, 26 reptiles, 43 species of butterflies and 32 species of ferns. It has unique grassland flanked by Sal trees.

Then there is big water body (called beel in Assamese) called Deepali Beel; another attraction is a water fall called Sikri Sikha.
